At Deoora & Lenz Osteopaths in the Harley Street Medical district, London, we provide osteopathic care for people of all ages, drawing on over 60 years of combined clinical experience. Christina Lenz joined Tajinder Deoora in 2005, and together they have developed the clinic around a clear principle: that effective care begins with careful listening, thoughtful treatment, and individualised support for each person coming to see us.
Our mission is to support people of all generations in living with greater comfort, mobility, and wellbeing. We do this by combining traditional osteopathic principles with modern clinical understanding, always taking time to understand the full picture behind each person’s symptoms.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all care. Every body carries its own history — from birth, from injury, from stress, from everyday life. By working with the whole person rather than isolated symptoms, we aim to restore balance and resilience in a way that supports lasting change.
Our values guide every clinical decision and every patient interaction:
Treating every person — from newborns to grandparents — with the same care, patience, and respect we would give our own loved ones. Many of our patients are families who have grown with us over the years, which we consider a privilege.
That you will always receive clear, realistic advice. We explain what we can help with, what may improve, and when something requires medical input. We never over-promise or push unnecessary treatment.
Every patient is treated with respect, transparency, and ethical practice, including fair recommendations and straightforward fees.
We continue to learn, teach, and refine our skills, ensuring that the care you receive reflects both deep experience and up-to-date professional standards.
Our clinic supports patients across all life stages, with particular expertise in:
Specialist osteopathic care supporting growth, musculo-skeletal health, posture, and movement from infancy through puberty; including feeding, sleeping and settling in infancy, healthy movement and resilience in childhood, and body balance during adolescent growth.
Support during pregnancy and postnatal recovery, with osteopathic care for pelvic discomfort, back pain, menstrual symptoms, and changes associated with different hormonal life stages.
Particularly those experiencing acute and persistent musculo-skeletal problems, complex physical conditions, balance problems, the effects of stress, changes in mobility, back and neck pain, headaches, joint stiffness, and arthritis.
Part of an integrated approach we offer Nutritional Therapy and Clinical Reflexology, supporting lifestyle, dietary balance, stress and hormonal management.
At our clinic patients benefit from two highly experienced clinicians working together. Tajinder and Christina regularly share insight on complex cases, blending their expertise to create thoughtful, well-rounded and bespoke treatment plans.
Registered Osteopath
MSc, BSc (hons) Osteopathy, Diploma Women’s Health Osteopathy, FHEA
I am co-founder of Deoora & Lenz Osteopaths in Harley Street and have been in practice over 20 years. I work as a family osteopath, with particular interests in paediatrics and women’s health.
Originally from Germany, I trained at the British School of Osteopathy, graduating in 2002. I later completed an MSc in Paediatric Osteopathy, hold a Diploma in Women’s Health, and am a Mummy MOT® Certified Practitioner.
Having grown up with scoliosis, I experienced first-hand how empowering it can be to understand your body and receive the right guidance at the right time. This continues to shape my approach, particularly when supporting children and families through growth, development and life changes.
My clinical work includes caring for babies, children, and teenagers, supporting women during pregnancy and postnatal recovery, and treating adults experiencing musculoskeletal pain and persistent discomfort. I take a gentle, attentive, and individualised approach to care.
Alongside clinical practice, I teach and mentor other osteopaths. For over 15 years, I have taught Paediatric Osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children, Osteopathie Schule Deutschland, and the Wiener Schule für Osteopathie. More recently, I have mentored osteopaths at Core Clapton in London, supporting clinical work with patients living with chronic pain. I am the editor and co-author of Differenzialdiagnosen in der Kinderosteopathie and co-author of Osteopathie von A–Z and Prüfungsfragen Osteopathie.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my own children.
Registered Osteopath
MSc, DO (Hons), Dip Phyt, POD, FSCCO
I am the founder of The Deoora Clinic and co-founder of Deoora & Lenz Osteopaths in Harley Street. I have been in clinical practice since 1983, working as a general family osteopath. One of the great privileges of my career has been supporting multiple generations within the same family, gaining insight into how health patterns, stress, and adaptation can evolve across different stages of life.
I have extensive experience in cranial osteopathy, paediatrics, women’s health, and care for the ageing population. My particular interest lies in supporting babies, children, and new mothers, offering gentle, responsive osteopathic care during early life and the postnatal period.
My approach is grounded in understanding how the body functions within the context of an individual’s lived history. While patients may present with familiar concerns such as neck or back pain, headaches, or jaw tension, these symptoms often reflect broader patterns shaped by physical strain, illness, injury, or emotional stress. Through careful listening and osteopathic treatment, I aim to support the body’s natural capacity to adapt and regulate, helping patients build resilience in the face of ongoing demands.
Teaching has always been an integral part of my professional life. I teach in the UK and internationally and regularly present at conferences. I currently serve as a faculty and fellow member of the Sutherland Cranial College and the Molinari Institute of Health. I am the author of Healing Through Cranial Osteopathy and co-author of Fundamental Osteopathic Techniques.
Outside of clinical practice and teaching, I enjoy singing and gardening — though never at the same time.
Registered Nutritional Therapist
BSc (Hons) mANP dipCNM mGNC
I work using a naturopathic functional medicine approach to support clients living with long-term or complex health concerns. My focus is on helping individuals understand how nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors may influence their health, and on supporting sustainable, personalised change over time.
My recommendations are individualised and evidence-informed, drawing on current research in nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Each plan is tailored to the client’s health history, preferences, and goals. Where appropriate, I consider functional test results or medical reports provided by the client or their healthcare practitioner, always working within my professional scope of practice.
I work with adults, children, and adolescents seeking nutritional and lifestyle support as a complementary approach to their care. I have a particular interest in nervous system regulation, supporting individuals experiencing persistent headaches, stress-related symptoms, ongoing discomfort, chronic pain, migraines, digestive concerns, and hormonal or metabolic imbalance.
I also have a specialist interest in supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents, offering personalised nutritional and lifestyle guidance to families alongside existing medical, educational, or therapeutic support.
I typically work with clients on a 1:1 basis over a minimum of three months, allowing time for education, gradual implementation of recommendations, and ongoing support and accountability.
If you’d like to learn more about the process of nutritional therapy and how I can support you with your symptoms, please book in a free chat with me here: https://l.bttr.to/WBpj4

Clinical Reflexologist
Dip5, ICR, AoR (MAR), FHT
I am a Clinical Reflexologist offering reflexology as a complementary approach for individuals experiencing complex, acute, or long-term health symptoms. My work is informed by advanced training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and research-informed reflexology practice.
My clinical focus is on women’s reproductive and hormonal health. I regularly support clients using reflexology alongside medical care, particularly in relation to menstrual difficulties, fertility and maternity journeys, perimenopause and menopause, and other hormone-related changes.
I also offer Baby Reflexology, using gentle, adapted techniques that parents may find helpful when their babies are unsettled, including during periods of digestive discomfort, reflux, wind, teething, or disrupted sleep.
In addition, I provide Limbic Reflexology, a specialised reflexology approach focusing on reflex points associated with areas of the brain involved in stress response, emotional regulation, and pain processing. This approach is commonly sought by individuals living with persistent pain, heightened stress, anxiety, or fatigue, and is used as a complementary method alongside other forms of care.
Alongside my work at Deoora & Lenz, I run my own practice, Uta Sempf Reflexology, based in Victoria Park Village, East London.
