Our clinic is located in the heart of the Harley Street medical district, just off Cavendish Square. We are only a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Circus and Bond Street Underground stations (Central, Bakerloo and Victoria lines), with Baker Street and Regent’s Park also nearby.

I have been treated by Christina Lenz for a variety of health issues since 2023. She has helped me cope with old and historic injuries sustained as an athlete in my teenage years and as a national league basketball player during the late 70s/80s. She is currently treating me following a life-threatening respiratory illness which left me hospitalized for two and a half weeks during which time I was in an induced coma and nil by mouth. Thanks to Christina’s caring and compassionate treatment I am well on the road to recovery. If you need osteopathic treatment – she is the practitioner to go to – I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have scoliosis, vertigo, heel bursitis, excessive stress, and she has expertly used her hands to help me to maintain use of my body in a balanced way, reviewing and gently guiding, giving excellent tailored advice throughout, demonstrating her thorough knowledge of the body and the principles of her practice.

Knowledgeable, helpful, sympathetic and supportive. I have a stiff and weak right side, and a shoulder impingement after having a stroke and Christina knows what to do safely and comfortably and I am very grateful indeed.

Christina Lenz is a wonderful osteopath. She was recommended by a close friend. Her treatments were extremely helpful for my physical and mental health. Her practical suggestions for things I can do at home also proved positive. I found her respectful and compassionate, and felt I could trust her.

I cant recommend Christina Lenz more highly. I am in my late 70s and have been to her for treatments around 6 times for different problems, the latest from quite a bad fall onto my back. I have been given appointments quite quickly and following my last treatment my back miraculously got better over the following 3 or 4 days. Christina is very welcoming and kind and is clearly extremely experienced. She is very gentle when working on my body, I have never experienced any pain when with her. She has children herself and I wouldn't hesitate in taking children of any age to her. As I said, I can't recommend her more highly.
